Our standard turnaround is 2–4 weeks from design approval to finished piece, depending on complexity of the design. Rush services may be available for urgent projects. We’ll provide an accurate timeline once we review your design.

You never need to visit in person — we work seamlessly with clients worldwide. Approvals, communication, and file sharing are handled online. Local clients are always welcome to visit our Diamond District workshop.

Absolutely. Revisions are normal and included during the CAD approval stage. Once a design moves into production, changes may require additional time or cost — but we’ll always discuss options first.

Costs vary depending on metal choice, design complexity, stone requirements, and quantity. We provide a clear quote after reviewing your design or inspiration.

Both. You can provide your own CAD file, or we can create one from sketches, images, or sample pieces. If you share a CAD file, we review it for manufacturability and suggest optimizations when needed.

We cast in 14k and 18k gold (yellow, white, and rose), as well as platinum, sterling silver, Argentium silver, and palladium. All metals are sourced from trusted refiners and include full quality certifications. Custom karats and specialty alloys can be produced upon request to suit your project or preferences.

Either works. We can source diamonds, gemstones, and pearls through vetted suppliers, or work with stones you provide. All stones are inspected before setting to ensure durability and proper fit.

Every piece goes through multiple inspections: CAD verification, post-print review, casting inspection, stone setting check, and final polish review under magnification. You receive confirmations at key stages.

Yes. All pieces are inspected for quality before shipment, and we guarantee our workmanship against manufacturing defects upon delivery. If you believe there is a production-related issue, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your jewelry so we can assess and correct it at no cost. This guarantee does not cover damage from normal wear, resizing, or accidental impact, but we are always happy to provide repair and maintenance services.

Yes — we ship worldwide. Domestic clients can also pick up orders in person at our Diamond District location.

Design confidentiality is standard. We sign NDAs when required and never use your designs or photos without permission. Files are stored securely with restricted internal access.
