In-person visits are never required. We work with designers, brands, and retailers worldwide using secure file sharing, clear approvals, and structured communication. Clients in New York are always welcome to visit our Diamond District workshop if preferred.

Every project follows a defined production workflow. We begin with CAD or design review, confirm manufacturability, proceed to prototyping or casting, then complete finishing, stone setting, and final inspection. You receive updates at key milestones so there are no surprises.

Quality control is built into every stage of production. Each piece is reviewed during CAD approval, post-casting inspection, stone setting, and final polish under magnification. Our team includes experienced bench jewelers and GIA-trained staff to ensure technical and aesthetic precision.

Both options are common. We can source diamonds and gemstones through trusted suppliers, or work with stones you provide. All stones are inspected for condition, measurements, and setting compatibility before production begins.

We work in 14k and 18k gold (yellow, white, and rose), platinum, sterling silver, Argentium silver, and palladium. We support one-off prototypes through full production runs, with consistent quality across scale.

Pricing is based on design complexity, metal choice, stone requirements, labor, and production quantity. Once we review your files or references, we provide a clear, itemized quote so you understand exactly what’s involved.

Clients typically ship using their preferred carrier and account, provide a prepaid label, or arrange in-person pickup. We coordinate handoff and carrier drop-off from our Diamond District location.
