Client-facing role focused on building relationships, driving new business, and managing accounts for designers, brands, and retailers.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll represent our manufacturing services to designers, brands, and retailers. You’ll generate new business, manage existing accounts, and guide clients from initial inquiry through production. This position combines consultative sales, account management, and an understanding of jewelry production workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with designers, brands, and retailers
  • Generate new business through outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate manufacturing services
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
  • Prepare quotes and project estimates
  • Coordinate with the production team on client projects
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand technical services and explain them clearly
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Professional, client-focused demeanor

Nice to Have

  • Experience in jewelry or manufacturing industries
  • Existing relationships with designers, brands, or retailers
  • Understanding of jewelry production processes
  • Bilingual capabilities
