About the Role
This role is the operational backbone of our workshop. You’ll manage job tracking, client communication, and administrative flow to keep production organized, accurate, and on schedule. Ideal for someone highly organized who enjoys being central to everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage job tracking and production schedules
- Communicate with clients regarding order status and updates
- Coordinate with vendors for materials and supplies
- Process incoming and outgoing job orders
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and files
- Assist with invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Support team members with daily administrative work
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative or operations experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of jewelry industry terminology and workflows
- Familiarity with CRM or job tracking software
- Bilingual (Spanish or Chinese a plus)
